A comprehensive roadmap to sustainable independence and economic inclusion.

Vocational Training

To offer vocational training in practical and market-relevant skills such as tailoring, Information and Communication Technology (ICT), digital marketing, and handicrafts.

Entrepreneurship Development

To provide entrepreneurship training focused on business planning, financial literacy, bookkeeping, marketing, and customer service to help establish and sustain small businesses.

Micro-loans & In-kind Support

To facilitate access to micro-loans and in-kind support (e.g., sewing machines, Bajaj motorcycles, toolkits, and other work-related materials) tailored to specific needs and business plans.

Strategic Partnerships

To build strategic partnerships with local training institutions, government bodies, development partners, private companies, and individual supporters to enhance support for income-generating initiatives and expand economic opportunities.
